Hopefully this works for me, because I really need it. I did not get one with my laptop, and though I repeatedly tried, Dell didn't send me one. The thing that bothers me most is that it cost more for S & H than the CD cost. It only weighed 2 ounces so I'm sure the real cost to mail was no more than 1 or 2 first class stamps.

Just the item needed to reinstall my system after not having the original disk for my Dell. Much better option than purchasing a whole new retail box of system software!
